No cookies, no tracking

This website sets no cookies. It stores nothing on your device and reads nothing from it. Your browsing behaviour is not analysed. No tracking services, no advertising networks, no maps and no social media plug-ins are embedded.

The fonts used are hosted on this website's own server. They are not loaded from an external provider. Opening a page establishes no connection to any third party. The only moment at which data leaves this website is when you submit the contact form.

Because no information is stored on or read from your device, consent under section 25 TDDDG is not required. That is also why you will find no cookie banner here.

This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., San Francisco, California, USA. Netlify acts as our processor under Art. 28 GDPR.

When a page is opened, data transmitted by your browser is collected automatically: IP address, date and time of access, the address requested, the page previously visited, and details of your browser and operating system.

The purpose is to deliver the website, to keep it running reliably and to defend against attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the secure and uninterrupted operation of this website.

Contact form

The form is operated through Formspree, Inc., USA. Formspree acts as our processor under Art. 28 GDPR.

Only the fields you fill in are transmitted: name, company, email address, the service you select and your message. For technical reasons Formspree also receives your IP address and your browser details. Transmission takes place only when you click “Send message”. Before that, nothing leaves your browser.

The purpose is to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where your enquiry is directed at entering into or preparing a contract. In all other cases it is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, with our legitimate interest in being able to answer enquiries.

Providing your name, email address and message is necessary for us to answer your enquiry. Providing your company is optional. You are under no statutory or contractual obligation to provide this data. Without the required details, however, we cannot process your enquiry.

Transfers to the United States

Netlify and Formspree process data in the United States. Different legal bases apply to the two transfers.

Netlify. Netlify, Inc. is listed under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework with the status “Active”. Verified on 9 September 2026 in the participant list of the U.S. Department of Commerce at dataprivacyframework.gov. The transfer is therefore based on the adequacy decision of the European Commission under Art. 45 GDPR.

Formspree. Formspree is not listed in that list, likewise verified on 9 September 2026. Formspree states that, as a processor, it relies on standard contractual clauses. The transfer is therefore based on Art. 46 (2) (c) GDPR. [[TODO: Annahme der Formspree-DPA im Konto bestätigen]]

Your rights

You have the right of access to the data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR), to rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR), to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR) and to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR).

You have the right to object to processing based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (Art. 21 GDPR). Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7 (3) GDPR). The lawfulness of processing carried out up to that point remains unaffected.
